Product Warranty and Registration

WARRANTY DURATION: To the original consumer purchaser, this product is covered under a 2 year limited warranty if you register the product within 30 days of purchase. Please see below for instructions on how to register your product.

WARRANTY COVERAGE: This product warranty covers manufacturer defects, defined as defective material and/or workmanship. This warranty is void if the item is damaged by misuse, shipment, accident, improper service, repairs by unauthorized personnel or other caused damage not including defects in material or manufacturer workmanship.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS: Under no circumstance will manufacturer’s or seller’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product as indicated on the receipt.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE: Within 2 years after the original date of purchase, a defective product will be repaired, or replaced with a reconditioned or new product of the same model (decided by the manufacturer). The replacement or repaired product’s warranty period will equal the balance of the warranty from the original date of purchase.

To register your product please send an email to support@sunrichtechnology.com and include the details outlined below:

  • Your full name
  • Serial number of your purchased item
  • The name of the company where the product was purchased from
  • A scanned copy of the receipt from where the item was purchased

NOTE: Sunrich Technology, and/or seller cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage while in shipment. As a precautionary measure, it is recommended to carefully package the product and add insurance with the carrier before shipping. Please include the following information in or on the package before shipping.

  • Return address
  • Daytime telephone number
  • A note describing the problem you experienced
  • A copy of the sales receipt or other proof of purchase
